Because my camera has been broken for the last several months I haven't been able to take many pictures this summer. These first few are from our trip to Portland at the end of May. During the trip we ventured up to Olympia to see my friend Alison and her boyfriend Aaron (Alison happens to be making a ridiculous face in the picture). We also went to the zoo, on a speed boat ride, and I made homemade ice cream from scratch.








Shortly after getting back from Portland I celebrated my 26th birthday. We had a few friends over, ate some delicious cake from Cake Man Raven. This is me relaxing afterwards.



I got a new bike, after having mine stolen from our apartment hallway. I've so far ridden it out to Conney Island, and around Jamaica Bay a couple of times. I've also been riding it around town. Its a great bike for me since it folds up making it easier to carry and store.
